Bulk Mail Server using C#

Hi,
I want to view send and receiving mails(webmail) in a windows server.
In LAN a person send a mail(webmail) to another person; here i want to save(send/receive) mails in my windows server.It is possible to do in C# windows application..

if any solution for above mentioned query in c# means kindly give an brief idea for this..
