Access the xml file one server to another

Hi,
How to Access the Xml file in one server to another machine.In locally it work fine.if i access the local system in another machine.it showing"file access dined error",

Try: i am try to Map Drive method also ,it showing same error.
How? plz help me ......

you can use mapdrive or windows service method
