While developing this application on your machine, you have used the excel services. Now this is not present on the deployment machine, so you are getting the error.
Depending on the version of excel that you are using, please visit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=59DAEBAA-BED4-4282-A28C-B864D8BFA513&displaylang=en for Office 2007 Interop or
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=3C9A983A-AC14-4125-8BA0-D36D67E0F4AD&displaylang=en for Office 2003 Interop.
Download and install on the deployment server and then install your application.
Your error should be resolved.
