Hi,
Save your document as a Read Only MS Word .doc.
for that
File>Save As and then name your file.
In the right hand corner of the screen you can see tools, click on the drop down for Tools and scroll to Security Options.
Check the check box for Read Only.
Then click on Ok button.
Click on Save button.

But i dont want this.
I want to make it read only before saving that document.
Could u get my problem?
