Create Chart in VB DotNet Urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am using VB.Net.My user have check Audit for my Records(Images).(Bulk of records will be each Folder)
If one folder have 389 records(Images) and the another folder have 290 records(Images).we have lakhs of folders...
Users check audit and they will reject the records.At that time I wil store the PersonName and RejectedRecordcount
to my db.Past years they use only excel for Creating a chart.They will create a chart for individual Folder.
But now they need to create a chart thru any software(For eg Devexpress Xtrachart or thru VB.net code).

For eg, My DB values are

PERSONNAME TotalRecords(RejectedRecords)
AMUTHA 5030
ARJUNAN 5344
CHANDRA_A 5389
CHITRAK 3683
DEVI 5560
DHANA 5300
ELANGO 5319
KAVITHA S 6296
LEELAVATHI 4848
MAHESWARIS 5202
MEGALAI 5141
PARTHIBAN 5291
POONGODIM 3372
PRASEEJA 5724
RAJAPANDI 4983
SABEENA 4728

How to create a chart for this ...any one know this ???? Pls send the Code or examples...Pls...

It's very urgent...
