i am creating a virtual directory for my application now when i browse any page i am getting error like
A name was started with an invalid character. Error processing resource 'http://localhost/Enov8/'. Line 1, Position 2
<%@ Page Language="C#" MasterPageFile="~/DC4UMaster.master" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="Register.aspx.cs" Inherits="Register" Title="Untitled Page" %>

i dont know what wrong in this

Please help me out its urgent

have u selected proper ASP.NET version in IIS?
Also try resetting iis (aspnet_resetiis)
