Create pdf reader like adobe reader using c#.net

Hi all,
I wanna create a pdf reader like adobe using c#.net . Especially for windows mobile application i need this, because i dont want my client to download and install all softwares in their PDA, and if the adobe is free only bt occupying 13 MB in the pocket pc memory.Waiting for solution.
