How to maintain focus of the controls in DataGrid.

i have 4 text box's in a datagrid as itemtemplates. they have autopostback set to true. so when ever i enter text and go to another text box, focus is not maintained. how to maintain this focus to the next control.

use the SetFocus method of the textbox control
