gpedit command

There is this command that I have forgoten how to run it in windows application, would anybody give me some thought on this and the major output of this command.

Yes , it is gpedit.msc . this is for editing Group policy Editor.
using GPE , you can edit Desktop/Server setting .. (eg) You can remove Recycle bin from the desktop or like so.
You can edit startup scripts , IPSec policies ,network and so
It is always handy for administrator to allow/add/remove.. from single stop
