sp1.msb not found -why

Hi friends,

When i try to open the oracle - sqlplus .exe, i get the following error:

sp1<lang>.msb not found

Why it is occurring? I need to know the reason.

Actually, i have installed sqlserver 2005 too. But this s/w too not opening.
I don't know why it is happening?

could anybody guide me with the exact solution?

Any help much appreciated

Install sql server 2005 and it is not opening ?
what's the error there ?
