How to import Excel file into sql server 2000

i have a table Tbl_Country in my Database=SiteDB

I hav an excel file with this data

ip_from ip_to co_code2 co_code3 co_name
33996344 33996351 GB GBR UNITED KINGDOM
50331648 69956103 US USA UNITED STATES
69956104 69956111 BM BMU BERMUDA
69956112 83886079 US USA UNITED STATES
94585424 94585439 SE SWE SWEDEN

Hi

Proceed with the following steps:

1. Open Enterprise Manager
2. Select the database
3. right click & navigate to -> All Tasks->Import Data
4. Proceed with the wizard
5. Select the data source as Microsoft Excel 97-2000
6. Click Next & proceed with other screens
7. Finally click finish

Your data will be ported to the corresponding DB with the table name you have given & the data from the excel.
