dynamically adding controls in usercontrol using in asp.net using C#

from one page iam storing one question and different answers( answers written in textboxes(4 textbox values )for that question to database.like that second question with different options(this time 3 textbox values) into database;
this questions will be appeared(as labeltext) dynamically and answers should be appeared as radiobuttonlist options dunamically in usercontrol.ascx using c#
