Hi,
.net framework 1.0 is the first version of .net so it will have the common contorls which is available in vb6.0 and some new controls
.net framework 2.0 will have the improved Grid control and asp.net 2.0 will have the tree view control.
MultiView, Wizard and FileUpload are new .net 2.0
A good control is Master Page which is very usefull.
in .net 3.0
LINQ, WCF, WPF and more new contorls are added
