I want to create the announcement application in VS 2005 . .
for that I have to create the form wich will be on the top of the screen and will have 1/10 hight of total screen hight . .
so It will regularly show announcemens . .

1) Which Proerties of form I have to set for adjusting form posotion at any screen resolution ( At any screen resolution form has to be on topmost part of the screen.)

2) what hould I do to scroll the text on that form ?

Not sure whether your are using using Windows Forms of ASP.Net
