i Have One more problem for this want Javscript, If i select Microsoft Dynamics from option i want navigate to another page like courses.html

First of all I would like to say that please don't post your messages by addressing me or any other person because by doing this may be other persons wont see your problem so title the problem accordingly you will get more help although it feels good when you address someone to ask your problem to only the person you addressed but others wont like this...

Now for your problem
why don't you use ASP Control for this it will be much easier there to perform the action
