If it is a Dot Net project then it require Dot Framework(1.1,2.0 or 3.5) installed on that sys... which can be freely downloaded from microsoft site.

In Client system need
1.net framework 2.0
2 database(sqlserver,orclae..etc)
3.property file (that is connection opening file)
These Aae need to run c#.net application
