Client side script to validate the excel file in client machine(its urgent)

hi,

In our project we r using the excel uploading facility.Here we have some validations like avoinding duplicates,checking sheet names are spelled correctly etc...since all this coding r done in server side while 30000 dealers
uploading at the same time make the server to stuck.i need all these validation to be done in client side.i need the script for reading all the data from the sheets.
