Hi,

I will suggest to go for Microsoft Press books because those are cover almost all the topics and good for beginer as well as for profesional.The language used by these books are very easy.

Another best books to refer is from APress publication these books are also good for beginer.The language used by this books are also easy.

In Market you can get MCTS Paper specific book from Microsoft and Wrox Professional ASP.NET 2.0 is also a good one.
