1>Regarding fees for .net certification it will vary from month to month so u have to check with prometric centre in your city.
2>Regarding date tat u have to choose according to your comfortabilty and avaibility with the respective prometric centre.
3>For materials go for microsoft press books available for each respective exam.No need to go for other books tat are more than enough.
4>Regarding dumps tat u will get it from 4shared.com website.

1. fees - depends on center
2.exam date - depends on when you book
3.No Of Attempts - can take any number of times. But need to pay. If case of any offer it will differ.
4.previous question papers - can get from sites
5.naterials - Microsoft Press books are good
6.Tips - Go through sites, books and read as much as you can. Need to have a look at the dumps to get an idea of the pattern of questions.
