Automatic Sending Mails 2 clients

Hi friends,

I want to send e-mail to my all customers on daily basis at the time of 9:00 AM. it will do automatically by using c# code or SQL Procedure but how???
I can't decided that how it will work automatic without run any page of my web application.
Can u help me to give some guidance or code for do this......
