I exactly not getting ur question..?

FYI...
In Desktop/web appln's U can use
1. GMS/SDK commands like NOKIA SDK or
2. Can use Modem AT commands ( kind of using Hyperterminal)
to send messages....
3. Can try thirdparty paid service liek www.myvaluefirst.com
