so for 2+ years of Experience.
12,000-17,000 P/M -Small Companies
20,000-22,000 P/M -Medium Companies
25,000-30,000 P/M -Large Companies

Hi,
Moreover salary depends upon company .As a project cost vary from company to company.At present time is not very good for IT sector
So mainly depends in which company you are working .But the statics of Ashok Kandasamy sir is almost write.
