How to update data of grid on perious page,on closing the pop up window

hi all,
I have one page named page1.aspx on which on grid is placed.On clicking of the button of this
page one pop up window is opened ,I enter some field in this.Now on closing this pop up window the
entry should be displayed in the grid view of page1.aspx.How to achieve this.

hi,
for that you do this way
first when you enter some field in the pop up window please update your database and when you return from the pop up window you can bind once again your grid i think this help you??
