Problem with DIV Tag

Hi,

i made a website with web 2.0 using div tags but there is one problem after i make the index page i converted it to a templete using dreamweaver but if i put the image more than of index page it's below image not appearing please help me out this problem

First check if all the tags are opened and closed properly.
