Hi,
Go to the Setup Project file and then press f4 the Setup project will show you the Properties of the Selected setup project.
Now change the version number of the setup Project then it will show you a popup "It is recommended that the productcode be changed if you change the version. Do you want to do this?"
On click of yes change the product code and version number. now build the setup and install it. it will be installed as new version.
But Uninstall the old version and then install the new version is recommended. why because if you install the new application each time. then how many version will be application will be installed with same nuame with different version in your system.
