deployment of .net application

while deploying the .net application i got an exception thrown because i deploy my application on the machine which have the .net installed. but the same application cannot run on the another machine which is having .net framework.
it will only show the screens but cannot excecute the commands, etc.

is it necessary to deploye the .net application to be have .net installed?

if not then how to do this?

Your dotnet application will not run without dotnet framework.Its impossible
