Steps:
1.Open Sharepoint Designer
2.File--> Open Site
3.Give the site name: for eg: http://<Server_Name>:<Port>
4.Click 'Open'.
5. The site will get loaded in the sharepoint designer.
You can view all the document libaries, its contents, catlogs etc.
