Accept changes not working in dataset

coding: DataSet ds = new DataSet();
adp.Fill(ds);
for(int i=0;i<ds.Tables[0].Rows.Count;i++)
{
ds.Tables[0].Rows[0].ItemArray[1] = "Accept";

}
ds.AcceptChanges();
if (ds.HasChanges())
{
DataSet ds1 = new DataSet();
ds1=ds.GetChanges();
}
but values in the dataset is not changing
