go to site settings page. under gallaries section you have a option called as webpart. click that. u will see a list of webnpart. you can add and delete webparts here..

In sharepoint site we have a site actions tab is there in home page if you are administrator of that site.click on site actions and go to gallaries ,in that you have option called webpart.click on webpart then you will get a list of web parts then choose those web parts which ever you want and also can delete the existing webparts if you need to delete.
