Dear Webmaster,
I am a member of this forum since last 5 year, altough not all that active like others so not sure if I am the right person to raise this issue, but here is my feedback and observation compare to what I saw in other forum in which I am very much active.

1>No. of Duplicate post are more than no. of actual post, and nobody bother to delete one.
2>Many poster even don’t bother to put proper Title for their post, or give more description for their problem. and this is first forum where I saw no post with title “To Mr. xyz”,”Help me”, “Urgent” etc are more common than actual logical title. I think most of them think others are mind reader.
3>After getting reply to respective post, thread starter normally event don’t bother to confirmed if solution worked or not.
4>I Doubt even single poster uses the search functionality provided in forum before posting their problem, though not related to forum but an individual should learn how to help them self rather relying on spoon feeding job.
5>And last but not least, Since the concept of “gift and prize” came into picture, even so called “Experts” also started new job of “Watchdog”, Almost everyday you will see complaints about some Mr. who is leading the no. of point. Wondering being a public forum where if someone seeks answer for his query and one know it’s solution which he may have came across In some other forum/Post than I don’t think posting that “code snippet” solution is really “copy paste” as poster is just trying to help seeker (Although same should not happened while posting once own article or resources which I think is a copyright of original poster) but as a Ethic poster must give reference linked of the from/post from where he is copying. Also While complaining about “Mr. XYZ” once should think if there have been no “Gift/award” will one really invest so much time to search the Original thread from where code is copied, I am sure NOT.

I think for most of the problem there is one solution; Webmaster should create couple of “Moderator” or "Volunteer" for each category who will be responsible for keeping forum clean from glitches.

I hope above point will be taken in positive sense by Webmaster as well as by other respected member.

Thanks

I second you Ritesh. This is what I wanted to say.
// While complaining about “Mr. XYZ” once should think if there have been no “Gift/award” will he really invest so much time to search the Original thread from where code is copied, I am sure NOT.\\

Exactly... As you said, its hard to see such persons. The solution is in the hand of Webmaster and editors.

Ritesh and Its me,

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are trying to do our best to see such unwanted contents are deleted from the forum like the ones with titles such as "For Mr. Xyz" "Help Me" Etc. But it is taking lot of time for our editors to do the job. We will look into the suggestions made by Ritesh and we will find a solution very soon. Thank you Ritesh for your feedback. your feedback was very useful for us.

And regarding copied content, it is not correct to copy the contents from other websites because it is against copy right law. You should take the permission of the website owner before copying from their website. You can use the content from the other sites, but write it in your own words rather than copy and paste. Even for the sake of getting gift/prize, you are not supposed to copy from other sites.

Raghav
Web master

Ritesh,

Thank you very much for the suggestions. They are all valid and we will try our best to fix the problems.

By the way, would you like to be a volunteering editor to help us ?
