19)Feedback management

The system enables a feature to get customer expectations by capturing their feedback. This will streamline and simplify the entire theme park customer feedback management process. It allows customers to:
o Access wizard-like user interface guiding them through the survey process.
o Submit their feedback enabling theme park managers to gain deeper insight into customer sentiment and quickly act upon that information to deliver better
customer experiences.

My sir is asking to send a document on this pls guide me how to do this
