Regarding rating option and Adsense

Hi,
How can I rate the responses in a thread? Can I able to rate the responses to the threads any member? Or only to my own threads? Because there are no option for rating in other user's responses..

And I've registered for Adsense. Google verified my account and I got validated. But in our site the status is pending for verification mail. What will be the reason. I dont know much about Adsense etc.,

And please enable option to delete the posts of their own to users. Because just now for a post I forgot to attach the code file in a post. So if I tried posting again then there will be some issues being created here.
