It's really great and one more thing is there should also negative points for posting more than one answer at a time.And other thing is there should also the option button "Report to Web master" in interview multiple choice question as i saw that many of the anser are wrong.

We are not asking to limit to one answer. There are people who split an answer to several ones and post as separate answers just for the sake of getting more points. This is what we are trying to prevent.

This is a Nice system.
It will Give the chance to the Genuine Members to come forward.
IT please Do not Strict the members, so that they can answer once for a question coz several times the question needs multiple answers and the person can ask multiple questions by answering the previous one,..

Good system. And I suggest to create a thread for complaints or an option to report to the editors. It will reduce the work and complexity of editors. And restrict the multiple posting(same content) in a thread. For eg If a person gives the reference as

then the another user too providing the same link in his next post. It really looks like funny.
And for splitting answers.
It happened for me too. Because there is no option for delete. If so then split posts will be avoided. Edit option works great.
Moreover Negative rating with perfect editors will resolve all the problems. Glads and Wishes.

Dear Members/Owners,
This method is really appreciable and welcome to ensure valid and uniqueness of member's answers. But i personally faced certain browser issues, where i dont have option other than pressing "F5" or "Go" button when my page fails to post back after submitting answer. That time, there are two same answers falling in. These such can be driven away by providing delete option for answers to the owners/moderators/original answer posters.
If they find the answer repeated, then can delete it, and obviously deleted answer point will be reduced as by the system functions.
And its my very personal feeling that we can avoid the Computer jokes section as this may be for fun, but not going to be useful in technical or purposeful for those who really want to seek solution. And those who visits this site for solution will never peep in to this section. Members who really feel to include jokes here, may enjoy this section adding points, otherwise its i feel of no use. I am sorry if iam wrong. feedback on my opinion is very well appreciated at any level.

Thank you for your suggestion. There is no necessity to split the answer just because you cannot delete the answer. You have the option to edit your answer at a later time. So if you feel that your answer needs more explanation or editing, you can edit it using the 'edit' option. So I do not think you will need delete option.

we are not saying that we will not allow good answers. The same answer from same person is not allowed. If you give an answer to a thread, and if another person has some doubt and needs clarification from your answer, then you can once again answer his query. This is allowed. But we will not allow spammers.

Our editors already started deleting the copied contents. We have a system to detect the copied contents and all the copied contents will be deleted and we will be giving negative score as Tony announced. so you need not worry about copied content. You can even report to the webmaster about copying and spamming by clicking on "Reporr to Webmaster".

I also feel Jokes section should be there. it is for relaxation and enjoy sometimes. Please remember that we are not considering the jokes posted by the members for awarding the prizes. So even if some one gets points by posting in jokes section, we will not consider them for awards.

While submitting the responses, it is redirecting to error page. while submitting again, it is displaying twice. I had this problem twice and my point got credited twice.

Very good system to be honest...we always worried as when ever we tried to answer some questions first..n work on that question...by that time some would have posted irrelevant answers....also make it a point to delete irrelevant answers so that other users wont get confused reading them(I am not asking to include a delete option as i did before...i think the moderators should do the job of deleting such stuffs)...

Most of the members just want to copy and paste the contents from other sites just because they want to earn points quickly which is not correct.

Negative points will be assigned only when editors come across the post. if you correct the pot later, editors may not notice it and so the points will not be corrected.

Yeah, that's really a wise decision. Only members who give appropriate answer deserve points.
Even though certain questions have very common answers, every one should provide additional information supporting their answer. viz. explaining their answers in detail and if possible with examples.

What is the mistake in your resource? I think instead of A,B,C and D as choices you have put 1,2,3,4 and you have given the answer yourself. Is that the mistake you are talking about? Negative score system is a good option, but the askers should co-operate with it and use it, otherwise it will be a failure.
Instead of negative scores, we can give the choice to the asker to accept a comment as a soution for his/her question. If more than one comment helped him/her to solve the problem, he/she can split the points to several comments. This will be helful when others come to our website when they google for solutions. This way the acrhived solutions will have some quality. Each question should be alloted a maximu points level and the asker should be given the rights to assign the points to the participants. If the asker doesnot assign the points after gettign the solution, we can warn them to come back and assign the points after a particular days. Or the webmaster can assign the points if they are left open for a long time.
I noticed, many members don't return the questions as they know they will not get much points there, so they all look for only new questions. Please get the feedback personaly from all the memebers to know actually how many members are satisfied with the answers provided here. If a comments is posted, all the paticipants of that thread should be email notified so that they can come back to that thread and work towards a possible solution. If the solutions are not having the quality, soon this website might loose the visitors.
