I ahve been allocated to UK project .This is my first offshore project, I wish to develope my communication skill more, Since communication is king always can u let me know the following things
1 Protocal to talk with client,
2 Catching their mentality,
3 Especially the steps to built up communication,
4 The way of writting client Mails
5 Tackling the situvation if things went wrong

hi,
first I am wishing u that ur first offshore project is sucessful for the path of u r career.
since this is ur first offshore project ,
1.u have know the requirment clearly,(understding the req)
2.if u have any doubts in the requiremnts then u can ask the client .
u should ask u r doubts clearly and it should easliy understandable to the client.
3. if u talking with the person that time only u can make points of what they r saying.
4. if u r writing mails to the client, that u should make a point of wat u have done .u have to point out each think .
5. if ther is any mistakes accept the client view and make a note on where u have done wrong .
make a daily progress report for u r self
