How to remove grip and overflowmenu from Toolbar control in WPF

The ToolBar control in WPF has an ”Overflowmenu” and "MovingGrip" . How can I remove them from the display? Like in Winforms we have Sizinggrip property with which we can turn off the grip. I am loking for equivalent property in WPF.
