I think there are moderators for this work.
Though delete button is necessary it will not that much helpful.

Yes Nick,
Itzme is correct. Our editors will check and evaluate your postings and award points according to the quality of the content. So you need not have a delete button. We will award 0 points if the quality of content is very bad, or it is copied from other site etc. We have algorithms to know whether your content is copied from other sites or not. So you need not worry about deleting the posting.
