Package load failure problem

Hi Friends,

i installed visual studio 2005 in windows 2000 server.

most of the time package load failure problem will occur. i use the command resetskippKgs, it is working few times & again the package load failure problem
occur.& again i use the command resetskippKgs,it will not work.

so i reinstall visual studio 2005 it will work for some times and repeatedly the problem is occur.

i face this problem for last 2 months,plz suggest hw i can i solve this problem?
