If i don't have access for database which is used in webservice, what can i do to get it

I am working in client side .Net application in client machine itself.
They have given full(read, write(sp)) to the db which is used by the application.
there is one more db in same server. i don't have access for it.
In that application they have used webservices.
i don't aware of it. only i can see the webreferences of it.
When running this application i got error of not getting access to that db.
Other than getting permission for that db, can i do anything for that.
could you help me plz
