This is to inform Dotnet spider team that,

The advertisement ,when we visit the forum / resource etc...pages is low quality.
It means you people are interested to these advertisement only.
In my opinion It is a technical oriented site, you can put the animation in the right side.We people need to scroll the page to get the questions.
Sometimes it is disturbing.
Some company is not supporting for these animation when during working hour.
we couldn't work because of this animation.

Also because of these images, the page download takes lot of time .
sometimes flash is not supported by the web browser, that time also the same problem.flash download take s the maximum time. if not removing, try to reduce its size and give more space for ques and answers.
