resource cannot be found error while running

i added intelligenca.urlrewriter in my .net3.5 application
but its giveing error. how to add that one is our bin folder
i don't have that dll
what we do
because my problem is i downloaded some codes from 1.1
but i am working in 3.5
when ia m trying to http://localhost/sample
its giving error resource cannot be found
any other way to solve this problem
its very urgent pls.

Hi,
if you want to add then do this way
go to bit folder and right click on the folder and click on "add reference" then one pop up is open in that you choose browse tab and find your dll and click add button you get your dll.
