Finding value of GridView on clientside.

Hi, I've a GridView n Label in ItemTemplate. I want to find Text of Label on click of Clientside btn control which is outside of Grid.
Plz write Javascript code.

the button on out side the grid then you have to loop from each and every row in grid..
