Web Service Problem "302 Found"

Hi,
I am developing a system where my console application consumes the web service. I have added the web reference and with the object of web service,i am able to call the web methods.But during execution, when control goes to web method invocation it throws an exception "the execution failed with error message 302 Found". I googled on this error message but could not resolve. Please provide me some pointer.

It seems that you arte not providing correct credentials to consume this web service, please make sure that if this web service required what credentials, certificates etc.

Re-usable business logic on internet can consume by another application which needs the same logic.
