How to checked checkbox value by httpwebrequest or webclient

I used asp.net with vb 2.0
how to check checkbox using httpwebrequest or web client.
I used two pages. One is send.aspx and another is post.aspx.
My check box is in send.aspx. I request send.aspx using httpwebrequest or web client in post.aspx page.

I want that checkbox is checked on pageload of send.aspx when httpwebrequest call the send.aspx into post.aspx
I cant't select checkbox.
