HTTPWebRequest for passin check box value

I used asp.net with vb 2.0
how to check checkbox using httpwebrequest or web client.
I used two pages. One is send.aspx and another is post.aspx.
One check box is in send.aspx. I wrote httpwebrequest code in post.aspx.
I can't select checkbox using httpwebrequest or web client methods.

help me.
