Duplicate Post Detection

How about handing Duplicate Posts. Sometimes, inadvertantly, the user double presses the submit button and there is a two-post on the same topic.

There are two ways to attack this problem:

1) Disable the 'Submit' button on click
2) The stored procedure which does the insert can do a check and have a message thrown back to indicate when a duplicate message in the thread is encountered.
