Problem when i submit answers

Today i noticed that the answer which i given in this forum is not properly looking some code is missing can you check once and let me know, if i done any mistake while posting the answer.

Questions Tab will be usually displyed at the top & i will directly go there to provide my answers. Where is it now?

when you post the code make sure that < is replaced by < and > is replaced by & gt; If it is still having problem post the link here so that i can check it again
