How to use SerialPort.DataReceived Event in C#.Net 2005?

I am developing a windows application in C#.Net 2005.
Here I want to send and receive data through serial port.
I know how to write the data on serial port. And also I can read it when I click one "Read Button".
But I want to create this application similar to our Hyperterminal.

i.e. When data is received it is aboutmatically read.
For this there is an event in SerialPort class called DataReceived.
But I don't know how to use it?
