TFS toolbar is disabled so I am not able to create a new workspace

Hi,,

I am Using TFS(VS-2005) from past 4 months I am checking out the code as usal. Now when I started the TFS the toolbar containing (workspace dropdown) is in disabled state. and If I right click on any of the project If is showing "NoCommandsAvailable" .

please suggest how to fix my problem.
