Why wait for your manager to conduct your performance appraisal?

To avoid possible misuse, we will display the results only after atleast 3 people have responded to your appraisal.
You can create a maximum of 5 appraisals per year and invite upto 100 members per appraisal.
You can make your appraisal public
(anyone can see the results summary), protected
(people who know your
passcode can view the results) or private
(only you can view the results).
